NOTE 38: ADD: One of those safeguards will usually be an undertaking, given by the party obtaining the order, not to seek to enforce it in another jurisdiction without the court's consent:  Dadourian Group International Inc v Simms [2006] EWCA Civ 48 at [1].

NOTE 40:  ADD:  It is very unlikely that a worldwide (as opposed to a domestic) freezing order will be made in aid of a foreign judgment, unless the defendant is resident within the U.K.:  Banco Nacional De Commercio Exterior S.N.C. v. Empressa De Telecommunicaciones De Cuba S.A. (British Telecommunications plc intervening) [2007] EWCA Civ 662 at [27]-[30].
